PetServ is an online marketplace that helps pet owners ("Owners") find and book independent pet care providers ("Providers") for services such as walking, sitting, grooming, and training. PetServ is not itself a pet care provider, and Providers are not PetServ employees, agents, or contractors — they are independent businesses or individuals who set their own prices, availability, and service terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity that happens under your login. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
A booking request is not confirmed until the Provider accepts it. Either party may cancel a booking prior to the scheduled time subject to any cancellation terms the Provider has posted on their profile. PetServ is not responsible for a Provider's failure to show up, or an Owner's failure to provide accurate information about their pet.
PetServ may review Provider applications and display credentials (such as insurance, bonding, or background checks) that a Provider has self-reported and/or that our team has taken reasonable steps to verify. A "verified" badge is one signal among others and is not a guarantee of a Provider's conduct, skill, or reliability. Owners are responsible for exercising their own judgment when selecting a Provider and entrusting them with their pet or home.
You agree not to use PetServ to harass others, post false or misleading information, circumvent PetServ's booking or payment systems, or engage in any unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
PetServ is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetServ disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to any person, pet, or property arising from a booking arranged through the platform, including but not limited to acts or omissions of a Provider or Owner. Any services performed are solely between the Owner and the Provider.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PetServ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
